Photon chat does not list subscribers in ASIA server

Chat client when subscribes and waits for subsribers to callback does not list the subscribers (whether self or not). On EU server, the flow works well.

    Thank you for choosing Photon!

    Make sure you are creating a new channel and not subscribing to an already existing one that does not have PublishSubscribers enabled.

    ASIA and EU regions for Photon Chat have the same version and same set of features.

    The issue persists on EU server as well but happens on multiple retries.

    The callback comes but really late (~40 seconds) that too with ChatParameterCode.SubscribeResults as false. Any clues on how to interpret this issue?

    For context we are using PunClassic and photon chat is connected.

    Hi @zainul,

    I believe my colleague has replied to your email.

    The issue is related to the old version of servers where your AppId is running and we ask you to update client SDK to be compatible with latest default public chat cloud.
