Weird smoothness bug

here i have 2 GIFs, the first and the second as the titles imply are the host and the 2nd client point of views,

The first GIF which is the host has nothing wrong with it, both players have snappy and sharp movement as they should,

In the second GIF however one of the characters has snappy movement but the other don't and have this weird delayed smooth movement. But on their screen they have the same snappy sharp movement as the host.

I honestly don't know why this happens, both players have the exact same script for movement and inputs.

ps i followed to Fusion 100 docs to make the thing in the GIFs and Im positive i missed something somewhere for this weird outcome but i just cant find where.

    To clarify something...

    In the first gif the host is the Unity Editor and the client is the built version?

    In the second gif the host is the built version and the client is the Unity Editor?
