How to send a request to a specific friend using Photon in Unity for matchmaking

Hi I want to convert my single player game into multiplayer game.

I saw many tutorials in youtube on how to make match making using Photon ,but the matchmaking seems be made based on room number. But how do I make the match making based on the username of the account?

If anyone knows any good resource please tell me
