How do I set up the Photon friend system?

The idea is to make use of Photon Realtime's FindFriends and Photon Chat's Add/RemoveFriends + UpdateOnlineStatus. Of course since Photon does not offer persistence, you need to combine those with an external service that saves friends lists.
