How to connect to a self-hosted server on the same network?

I am using the Self-hosted server product on a PC 1 and would like to connect a clinet on a PC 2 to the PC 1. I followed the steps here https://doc.photonengine.com/en-us/server/current/getting-started/photon-server-in-5min, but I have no idea to connect a clinet to this server.
