All players will be in same room. We will need this for concerts anyways. Is it possible/How?.

Up to 16 Peers per Room * but i want 100 CCU in a same room and i want to purchase $95 for 12 month. so is it possible for All players will be in same room for $95[12 month].

please explain me & help me above my confusion.
