Account Collaborators + Password Reset Issue

Hello!

I have been having issues recently trying to change an account password, it seems like no amount of whitelisting or other attempts will allow a password-change email to come through if it is being sent at all. Are @aol.com emails supported for this?

I need to transfer application ownership to a new team, and I have been unable to find any way to add collaborators, transfer an application to another Photon account, or change my email address. So my only real option seems to be to change my password away from a personal one and give the login details to the new team (which seems like a poor solution anyway since I will still have control of the email address).

Could someone please help me with this process? I sent an email to developer@photonengine.com but did not get a response.
