Problem with RPC - AllBuffered

Hey guys,
i have a Problem with receive a RPC:
I join a room and send a RPC with configuration send it to AllBuffered. After this I closed and opened the Game and rejoin the room, which still exist I dont get the RPC but all other Players which are joining are getting the RPC. Does it mean that Photon knows that i was the same player which send the RPC first so it dont give me the RPC again bc i already got it when i send it?
