Photon Fusion for Dedicated Server (Unity)

I've been working on an MLAPI-based replacement for Photon PUN in an MMO project I work on, but since being made aware of Fusion I'm debating whether it may be a better way to go since I'm already familiar with PUN. Do you have a quick start guide for setting up a client and dedicated server for monitoring and load-balancing other server instances (used for various things like authorization, MMO rooms, single battle instance rooms) using Fusion yet?

And can I get started with checking out Fusion by just downloading the Hello Fusion example project, or do I need to ask permission for access to the SDK or something first?
