picking up/grabbing other network players

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
Similar to a game like Dead by Daylight or Secret Neighbor (which also uses photon) I want to know a simple way to allow for the player that is the monster to grab and pick up a player and sync it over the network. Please help me with this!
