Use one Scene for multi rooms

Hi,
I create a start Scene in Unity and Connect me to a second Scene which is my room. Now I want to create more rooms with this Scene. Do I need to copy this Scene for every new room or can I use one Scene for many rooms?

Each room is a separate group of players. They do not interact with anyone from another room, so ... no copy of the assets needed.
