Creating A Lobby/Party System!!

Hey guys just wanted to know how can i make a party/lobby system or is it even possible to use photon to create Party System like, Apex Legends, PUBG, Fortnite, Warzone where friends can join on the mainmenu lobby scene before going into a game. If so how to do it
