App ID

I want to create a private server for a game that runs off photon servers, but I’m not sure where to put the appID. As I said it’s a pre existing game so I can’t open it in unity. Thanks anyway.

You know this is very likely illegal, don't you?
First, you can't modify someone's game like this and second, the 20 CCU included in a dev account are not for private pleasure but for development of games.
