How to make a room of people against other

The matchmaking rule i want to make is like this:
A user create a team by creating a room so other people may see it on the room list and join. When the team is full, they may want to fight against other team (randomly) from other room. Is this can be made with PUN. or is there any way to achieve this matchmaking rules based on teams instead of individuals ?
