how to disable antispam?

If you send 10 identical messages, then the next ones are ignored. After a delay, you can send again. How do I disable antispam?

    Are you using Chat Filter? If so just disable it.
    Otherwise there is no antispam.

    Chat filter disabled.
    This cannot be an error in game, since the message does not pass in this method
    chatClient.SendPrivateMessage
    after 10 identical messages a delay of a few seconds, then it works again

    I'm sure we don't have such thing.
    Do you use webhooks?
    maybe it's a client issue?
