If I delete an appID with PUN+ activated, can I use the PUN+ code for a new appID?

I want to do this for my game updates to prevent users from using older versions.

You cannot delete it - you can deactivate it (and activate it again).
You cannot move the coupon to another AppId.0

I don't think this is possible, the 100CCU are for a single AppId.
