Oculus Authentication

Is it really necessary to submit a Data Checkup Request before authentication can be accepted when connecting to Photon using Oculus Authentication even for testing? I have tried using the correct appid and secret as well as user id and nonce but it is returning an error that nonce is invalid even if it came from the Oculus API.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have the approval for Data Checkup via the Oculus dashboard but still, nonce that is given by Oculus in the app fails when authenticated through Photon. What are the causes that the given authentication especially the nonce value might fail in Photon?
