Multiple Ownership Transfer in one scene?

I have read the documentation and found out that Ownership transfer can only happen once in a scene? (Correct me if I'm wrong) If so, how can I make it happen multiple times?
DOCUMENTATION:
"Select the "OwnershipSphere" to see it is set to TakeOver. It is used only once in the scene. This makes it a "scene object" and anyone can take it anytime."
