Errors: Fallback handler could not load library.

Sorry for my English! :)

I already had this error in April of this year (in Unity 2019) and here it is again in Unity 2020.1.10f1.

I create multiplayer game and build it for Win x86_x64
In Unity Editor I do not see this - only in build version in Player.log.

The game stops working in simple release build.

A simple upgrade to the latest version of Photon helped me back then, but now I'm using the latest version.
What should I do?

Maybe I don't understand something? Perhaps I don't need to pay attention to this problem?
