We have some questions regarding upgrading our subscription.
We are currently in 500CCU, this was subscribed on 5th August 2020.
We are now planning on upgrading to 2000CCU with the discount of 500CCU.
Is that a possibility? As otherwise will the 500CCU stack up with 2000CCU?
It would be highly appreciated if someone could assist us with this.

Subscriptions can he changed pretty much any way you need it. If you book 2000CCU now, the 500 will not be charged or stacked on top. You change your ongoing subscription in the Dashboard.
If there is something unclear in the dashboard, let us know. In best case, you mail us via the email address used in the Photon Account and name the appid in question:
