Bolt Debug Start not loading scenes on version 1.2.13b

Hello everyone. I have a question I was hoping somebody could answer.
After upgrading to version 1.2.13 the Bolt Debug Start stopped working properly. When choosing "Play Single Player" on any scene, it loads BoltDebugScene and never proceeds to loading the scene I chose to debug.
It's also happening on new projects with this version of bolt being used from the start (no upgrading from previous version).
Has anybody encountered this issue?
