Having troubles handling pre game room disconnections with TTL.

Hey, I am making a multiplayer card game. I used Room TTL (90 seconds) so that players are able to rejoin after accidental disconnects. But I ran into a problem with it, while in matchmaking if someone disconnects and does not come back, other players have to wait 90 seconds for him to be removed from the game. Can someone help me with it. Is there any way to kick inactive player during matchmaking or to start matchmaking with 0 TTL and later change it to 90 after the game is actually started ?
