Photon for consoles.

Hi. I am working on a multiplayer game for both Steam and Xbox. But I just got to know that I need to be a verified console developer by Photon as mentioned in this link "https://doc.photonengine.com/en-us/realtime/current/consoles/overview".
I did not understand who to send the mail. Kindly put some more details with this regard either on your website or guide me through email.
