Server 100ccu free License not working, server stopping

After I used my license once and had to stop the server for rebooting the firewall settings I cannot use the license.
The server is stopping after 10 seconds of launching it.

It has something with it cannot check license but it's been working before.

    That means that your firewall settings are not correct. Photon is unable to connect to our services, please fix this
