Latency and High Ping

Hello everyone,
I am working on a fighting game. The game is a one very fast track game in which I have a 1v3 situation. I am from Pakistan and I am using Asia server but I am having a very high ping and huge latency due to which players are missing a lot hits and lags in animations. Any response from expertise who have tackled these kind of issues would be highly appreciated.
