Ignore collisions between players

Hello. Tell me please how to spawn players with setting all on different layers to avoid collisions between them?
I have layers: User1, User2, User3.
To the first player I set the layer, the rest does not work.

    Do you have example code? How do you set the layer, in Start() of the player prefab?

    go to the build settings and change your layer based collision matrix maybe so non of the three layers can collide with each other
