Lag issue on player

Hello, I'm developming a fast paced 2 game in unity using pun 2. I'm new to networking so bare with my lack of knowledge. I have been having this issue for a while now and i cant seem to fix it. basically my players are slightly unsynced by about half a second to a second and it causes issues with bullets not hitting the player on there screen but it does on the other players screen.

Is this something that is fixable or is it just not designed for this kind of game.
Let me know if you need any code or information to help with solution.
