Creating a room on one instance and joining it from another isn't working since yesterday. It was working perfectly before that. Is the service down ?

I did just after posting the question. The issue was that the editor and the built version started connecting to different regions (since yesterday, haven't encountered this before). I tried it with both instances being built and it worked just fine.
What is the core of this issue? Is this something that, for whatever reason, is happening randomly or was the actual algorithm/logic for connecting to regions modified by the devs ? Because if so, we'l be required to mention/hard-code the region we want to connect to in order to test in editor, right. That isn't such a bad thing, just want to know about the state of things.0
