On basic project the "synchronize values" interpolate option is very laggy

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
New to photon, used a youtube tutorial to set everything up, but like the title says "synchronize values" looks awful. I need to use as accurate a read-out as possible so no other synchronize position option will work. Is there anything basic/ultra common that may be causing this?
