Photon Server as Cloud for new regions

Hello,
We almost completed our new game and will release very soon. Our game faced paced multiplayer and we used photon cloud. Some of our target players located in Istanbul and near middle east, but the closest server is in Amsterdam which is not ideal for us. We consider to setup server in Istanbul so we can cover near middle east. The question is can you setup and maintain photon cloud server for new locations like Istanbul as paid service, or do we need to setup Photon Premise working beside photon cloud by ourself?

    hi, @SSahin

    try to take a look at RU region. It might be better for Istanbul.
    It is not so easy to create new cloud. that is why you may either use Photon Premise or try to get Enterprise cloud (although I'm not sure whether it is possible to locate it in region you need).
