Having Authentication Problems

Hey I have working on a small project to have a bot join a game. I am wanting it to join the world then to interact with players in my world but I can't seem to have it connect to the Pun Name Server for the game. I can get it to auth connect to the master server but am not sure what I could be doing wrong. I am using a custom controller with the PhtonLoadbalancingAPi not sure how much that will help to know. Also for some reason the user comes online showing active for a sec on the website but dies right after. If anyone could help that would be awesome.
