Trouble figuring out headless server builds.

Hey all,

So I have been working on setting up my game with a headless architecture in mind. Want to develop the game so that the headless server is running on some dedi box (preferably something that scales like Gamelift) but it seems there is minimal info on the docs. The example for a headless server is only for running it headless on your own computer. How would you run those commands with the -headless flag and stuff if you were doing this on AWS. Anyone successfully using BOLT as an ACTUAL dedicated server. Thanks.
