Freezes on 64 bit after gets data

I'm using unity with photon realtime, for Android apk, ILL2CP with arm7 working without problem, but arm64 makes a specific problem.
When "client1" sends data to the "client2", "client2" game gets freezed for a long time(even screen not get rendered), after that long time of period, photon disconnects comes, and everything starts working.
I thougt it is about unity and updated it to latest but it still same problem.
The Photon realtime I used is not the latest version, it's same with Pun1. What do you think about the reason? Is there any fix for newer realtime version? only difference is 64 bit.
