Performance: Lots of TransformViews or a long, manual Serialization?

I am starting to use Photon Pun 2 for my realtime shooter. The thing is, all the weapons have physical projectiles which I wish to update on the fly to all players.
Quick question. Would it be better to have all projectiles (~10-30 per player, times 8 players) equiped with TransformView, or to have them all pooled in an array and update all their rotations and positions in a horrendously long OnPhotonSerializeView() stream?
