Sync data between Master Server and Game Server

Hello Team,
We are creating a game where user is notified whenever an empty seat is available in the game. So, in order to do that we need a communication link between the Master Server and the Game Server and also between different rooms. Can someone please help us ?

Our master and game servers already have a link. so you may use it.
I'm not sure what you mean saying: "and also between different rooms", but I would say that something is wrong with that idea
