Sword non changing position/rotation on equip

Hello, i'm trying to make a souls-like boss fight for a LAN party with some friend and i'm stuck...
I've sync-ed the animator even tho the animations that are started with a triggerd work only the first time the animation is played.. anyway my problem now is that i have a room with swords on a table and when a player goes near end presses E , the weapon is equipped to him e becomes a child of the player in a specific position. now, the sword is only changing position only on the client that equips it, in the other remain on the table even if i've putted a photon view and transform view on the sword prefab... what am i missing?
