Exactly the same build on Win7 and Win2010 server works correctly. What could be the problem, please help

Could it be that your assemblies are locked by windows?

@Woolf you do not have to disable anything

Windows blocks your dll once when it is copied/downloaded. You have to click on dll and unlock it

the problem was in the absence of .NET 2.0
some third-party server libraries used it .. When installing the .NET 3.5 package, the server worked
