Unable to get two iPads to join the same room.

I am using the join or create room method. When I try on two ipads, they always create their own rooms instead of connecting to each other.

But, I am able to connect two iPhones or Connect an iPhone to a iPad.

Are there special settings?

    Go through our "Matchmaking Checklist" carefully, especially the point about "Best Region".
    Clients need to connect to the same region (servers) and the same virtual application (AppId, AppVersion).
