Traffic used 2,154,900%

Hello i'm on the free tier just trying out photon i have barely begun but noticed i couldn't connect to the same room any more looking at my apps, the dashboard reads Traffic used 2,154,900%. so my questions are , is this correct , how did that happen , does it reset after a while.?

    I got the same issue in the past two days. My symptoms are
    1. Players can join the room, but sometimes players can not receive data/voice from other players for several seconds
    2. Almost all players disconnect after a while. The error code is DisconnectByClientTimeout.

    So I would like to confirm that if the issue causes my symptom?

    My CCU plan is 500 CCU/Month. Traffic used was 68,232,200% yesterday and is normal today.
    I have also checked network status with IT department of my company and the network is good.
