Question about Photon Types in Dashboard

When I create an application in the dashboard I have the option to choose between Photon BOLT, Photon Chat, Photon PUN, Photon Realtime and Photon Voice.
I used Photon Realtime to create an example project which is working, but I don't understand the differences between these options. Can anyoe give me a simple explanation?
