Problems with getting XSTS Token

I'm having some problems with configuring the XSTS token.
I'm trying to configure and connect with xbox server and I'm sending a XSTS Token.
But when i receive this code back i got the error code: 0x87DD0021

I already found some things about this but couldn't fix it.
My manifest file is setup correctly with the title ID and SCID.

I'm thinking that the problem is that i didn't fill in my authentication service URL any advice where i can find this and if this could be related to this problem?
