Photon chat not communicating with our Community Sift enterprise instance

I am trying to link Photon chat to our Community sift enterprise instance but the chats still don't go through Community Sift, I can't see them in my dashboard. Can you confirm I'nm setting-up the resource URL correctly?

I also tried but that also didn't work

If I call from my own server, it works fine.
