got stuck in the 102 bolt tutorial

hi guys,
I got stuck in the 102 tutorial. When I click the button of "Start Sever", It always shows this error after several seconds, my unity version is 2018.2.16f1, bolt version is 1.2.0.3
Is it a problem of photon bolt version?
