Does it work accordingly worst client connection and applies it to each client. Or it differs from client to client?

Dejitter delay needs to be the same for all servers and clients. The frame settings are in regard in the automatic flexible delay depending on network conditions. A larger buffer will result in more delay but a larger window to smooth things out so they do not become jerky.0

I understand that on all clients and server settings should be the same. But I ask - will it behave the same or it`s up to each client depending on their ping jittering?
