[Solved] Error running server v3-0-15-2544-RC7 on XP

I'm able to run on Windows 7 but on XP I'm getting the following error (launching as application from PhotonControl):
PhotonSocketServer.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetTickCount64 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

    Are you running the XP 32bit build? There is a extra folder for it.
    Please verify and attach logs (from bin_*/logs/*.log).
