I don't know why my Photon Server won't start

Hi! I've downloaded the v4-0-29-11263 Photon Server, but when I try to run the LoadBalancer as an application (I've tried running it as a service, but got the same result) the server always stops with these errors (https://pastebin.com/PrrFwH1L), can anyone help me?
