How to sync Transform of a GameObject and its children

In my game, there is a Prefab of a GameObject which has 14 GamesObjects as its children.
If I sync all Transforms of the 14 children, all the children would be extreme jitter on other Clients. If I only sync 7 children, then the 7 children are very smooth.

Anyone know why? I am so confused. Thanks a lot in advance.
