Chat Filter option is not available?

Hi,

I'm new to Photon and I just setup a new Chat app.

According to this link: https://doc.photonengine.com/en-us/chat/current/reference/chat-filter there is an option to turn on the chat, but I cannot see this option in the Manage area of my app.

I'm using the free account, do I need to upgrade to see this option? Or do I need to turn it on somewhere else?

EDIT: IGNORE THIS.
I just found out that I needed to choose the "Photon Chat" option when creating a new App. Now it does give me the chat filter option.
