Is the chagring license "Floating Licenses"? or the others?

There is a free 100 concurrent users license which can be used to host your own server with Photon on it.
The "floating" license means that it can be used on any machine but connects to a license monitor.
Non-floating licenses are bound to a hardware ID or a public ip address and thus not usable on all machines.
