Unity crash on creating Build using Realistic car controller and photon

hi, everyone, I am having a problem in creating an Android build. My unity crash while making a build of realistic car control and photon in it on the build when it started to build player suddenly unity editor stop working and unity crash. Every this is working fine when I play it in editor and unity crashes while making a build. I am using Unity 5.3.6. Please help me in this matter as my project is due very soon.
